The warew Club's official launch date is October 22nd, the sixth anniversary of the warew Flagship Store in Milan. From that moment on, all facial and body treatments will be reserved exclusively for registered members.

Due to limited availability, it's difficult for our staff to meet the high demand, for which we're extremely grateful, with the quality of service and customer care that have always distinguished us.

We created the Warew Club as a service that allows our loyal customers to be rewarded for their continued trust and better supported in their holistic skincare journey, and at the same time introduce new members to a skincare journey that is truly effective and long-lasting.

The skincare products available on our site are and will always remain available to everyone.

Starting October 22nd, only Warew Club members will be able to purchase and book ZenRew treatments and body treatments, excluding customers who have already purchased or received a treatment voucher or booklet before this date.

Absolutely not: all existing purchases and reservations remain valid even after the Warehouse Club launch date.

Of course: treatment vouchers already purchased remain valid for the specified duration (6 months from the date of purchase) even after the introduction of warew Club.

Each warew Club membership is personal and linked to a single email account: if you want to purchase it for someone else, be sure to enter the personal information (name, surname, email) of the person you intend to gift the membership to at checkout.

Alternatively, you can purchase a digital Warew Gift Card for the amount you want and send it to whoever you want, so they can sign up independently and purchase the desired plan with a partial or full discount.

You can independently manage your warew Club membership in the dedicated customer portal: log in to the warew.it website by clicking on the user icon in the top right, then enter your personal profile to manage your membership.

You can freely move from one level of Warew Club to another: if you move to a lower level, the difference in amount will be refunded to you.

Of course, you can cancel your current subscription at any time without penalty through your dedicated customer portal.

Cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your Warew Club plan benefits after the expiration of the period already purchased.

We're sorry we can't have you with us anymore!

Once purchased, Warew Club plans cannot be refunded.

If you no longer wish to be part of our Club, cancel your membership at any time via the customer portal and wait for the validity period to expire.

If you cancel your warew Club membership, you will continue to enjoy the benefits you have already purchased until the expiration date of your membership, after which you will no longer be able to use them.

After cancellation, discount codes and other benefits not redeemed by the expiration date will no longer be valid and are not refundable or convertible into other benefits.
