Any cancellations or changes to the reservation must be communicated no later than 3 days before the treatment date, or managed independently by the customer via the appropriate link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email.

To ensure optimal service and proper organization, the following conditions apply in the event of cancellation of a treatment:

• Cancellation on the same day or the day before or no-show: the treatment will be considered used and no refund will be provided.

• Cancellation 2 to 3 days before the treatment: a 50% refund of the amount paid will be provided.

• Cancellation more than 3 days before the treatment: a full refund of the amount paid will be provided.

Rescheduling treatment is free for a maximum of three times. After the third rescheduling, the treatment will be considered completed and no refund will be possible.

For appointments booked using a gift voucher, failure to cancel by the end of the business day prior to the appointment will result in the voucher's forfeiture.

The staff reserves the right to evaluate individual cases on an individual basis.
